Harry “Aman” Keays

FAMILY: Wife, Sunny, of 30 plus years and two older half-brothers whom I feel close to. Two cats, Chessy and Suzi, along with a Golden Field Lab, Rusty, that we share with my brother.

OCCUPATION: Yoga Studio Owner and yoga teacher since 1983.

FAVORITE HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIES: Firecracker, 6th period, Senior year, band practice, first period, to start the day. Lots of sports. Father Bibeault’s support in tennis and passing me in physics so I could stay on the Tennis Team. Mike Vlaovich telling the class it was miracle from God that I was asked to the high school girl’s reverse dance by Terry Seibel. Mice in pocket during graduation at the Convention Center. Lifetime friendship with Tom Petersen and Maureen Heher.

HOW I LIKE TO SPEND MY TIME: Yoga, Meditation, walks with Sunny and Rusty, playing, writing and singing music, attending concerts, still hooked on sports and supporting people on their spiritual path. Grand nephews and nieces, Fun Fun Fun!!

FUN TIDBIT(S) ABOUT ME: I like to walk my cat, Suzi, every night for 6 blocks, without a leash, between 11 pm and midnight, to avoid dogs. Also love playing African Drums.

HIGHLIGHTS OF MY LIFE SINCE HIGH SCHOOL: Taking over the Yoga Studio from my brother in 1983, marrying my wife, Sunny, leading yoga and meditation retreats since 1988, numerous trips to India to be trained and sharing the teachings with others all these years, supporting my Mother to be able to pass away at home in her 90’s, having two jack Russel terriers and two cats all at the same time, being able to sing songs in front of people, sharing stories of life experiences
